$50 Hot tub maintenance fee (if utilizing)

$25 per night Pet Fee per pet. Two small(35 lbs. or less),      well behaved dogs welcomed

Stay for 6 nights September - June and receive a seventh night free! (Excluding Spring Break)

Reservations:

All reservations must be made by an adult age 25 or over with a valid credit card

Minimum stays on all reservations are two (2) nights, 3 nights on holidays, and 4 nights for Thanksgiving.

Payment:

A deposit of 50 percent of total is due at time of reservation.

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX and Paypal

All balances are due 14 days prior to arrival and will be charged at that time.

Cancellations/Refunds:

30 day or greater - 100% refund less $50 cancellation fee

Less than 30 days greater than 14 - refund 50% of deposit

Fourteen days or less - no refund of deposit

Refunds will not be given for early departures.

Refunds or rate adjustments will not be given for unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or mechanical failure.
